******************************************** Passwords stand guard over our valuable information. It’s a digital shield for things you’d rather not let everyone else access. That’s why passwords are so important, and why “guest” or “12345” doesn’t really cut it. At USANA, the only thing we care about more than your health and freedom is your security. That’s why we’re taking additional steps to protect your password, as well as your personal and financial information. Starting in June, we’re updating our password requirements. Here’s what the changes mean for you:
Remember, we are taking these extra steps to safeguard your information. So, if your password doesn’t fit the new requirements, before June 1, please go to the Change Password page on USANAtoday and take a moment to make the necessary updates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why is USANA instituting this new policy? A. We care greatly about Associate and customer security and want to ensure your personal and financial information remains safe.
Q. What are the new password requirements? A. As of June 1, 2013, your password will be required to have a minimum of eight characters, one capital letter, and one number.
Q. Is there a maximum number of characters for my new password? A. Passwords cannot exceed 20 characters.
Q. What if my password already meets the new requirements? A. If your password already meets all requirements for the new password policy and IF the password is less than six months old, you will not be required to change it on June 1. Instead, you’ll be asked to change your password six months after you initially set the password.

Q. Can I use the same password more than once? A. You cannot use the same password twice in an 18-month period.
Q. How will I know it’s time to change my password? A. A message will appear when you log in to USANAtoday, reminding you that your password is about to expire.
Q. How do I change my password now? A. If your password has not expired yet, go to the Change Password page on USANAtoday. You will find this link under the “Manage Account” page, which is accessed through the top, right-hand corner of USANAtoday. If your password expired, follow the prompts upon your first login after password expiration.

You will receive a “secret phrase” password reminder. If you are still having issues logging in after trying this page, please contact USANA Customer Service for further assistance.
